Commercial unit
Section titled “Commercial unit”License the AvantiPoint SDK portfolio and WristUI as one coherent developer offering. Technical SDK independence does not require separate commercial purchases. Platform SDK-only adoption stays first-class — no launch-time per-target SKUs.
Prefer the buyer path on Licenses, Pricing, and the license portal (get → activate → manage → download).

Professional is the complete shipping product
Section titled “Professional is the complete shipping product”Unlimited applications, end users, and devices; internal and customer-facing apps; native development and shared UI; no runtime royalties. Released new targets join active subscriptions.
- No employee-count tax — headcount, customer app revenue, watch installs, and target count do not determine Professional eligibility.
- License the humans, not builds — a seat is a named person developing with the SDKs/WristUI (include assigned contractors). CI workers and coding agents do not consume extra seats.
- Success transition — a 90-day conversion window after exceeding Community eligibility; do not invalidate previously shipped applications.

OEM test: shipping a branded watch app is ordinary distribution; selling/embedding a development platform that grants outside developers SDK/compiler rights is OEM — quote separately.
