Product promise
Section titled “Product promise”Extend the reach of .NET with independent native platform SDKs. Add WristUI when a product needs shared watch UI and a single-project workflow — without giving up platform-specific access.
Mission
Section titled “Mission”Fill gaps in the .NET developer experience with native platform enablement, build tooling, documentation, and commercial support. WristUI is the shared watch UI layer within that broader portfolio, not a replacement for the platform SDKs.
Positioning
Section titled “Positioning”- Sell continuity of C# skills and shared application code, plus a supported path to shipping.
- Microsoft’s published MAUI platform list is not a first-class watch application stack; Wear OS still builds on Android technology.
- Position the portfolio around supported end-to-end enablement, not ownership of all underlying technologies.
Two entry points, one portfolio

Section titled “1. Native SDK adoption”Attract .NET teams that need one missing native surface: watchOS, Wear OS, App Clips, or widgets. Each SDK gets its own searchable product story, runnable sample, and clear prerequisites.
Apple Watch honesty: C# UI on the simulator via Native AOT works; physical device unverified; zero Swift in consumer projects. WidgetKit and App Clips are Apple companion surfaces (Story A).
2. WristUI expansion (write-once)
Section titled “2. WristUI expansion (write-once)”Convert cross-watch demand into the coordinating SDK + multi-targeted library. Sell reduced duplicated presentation work and consistent C# tooling — not a guarantee of 100% code sharing or zero platform-specific code. Wear OS is ready alongside Apple Watch.

Architecture story (one sentence)
Section titled “Architecture story (one sentence)”Preserve independent SDKs and their injected native references; add the coordinating SDK (AvantiPoint.WristUI.Sdk) that composes watch targets and implicitly supplies WristUI — without forcing WristUI on SDK-only customers.

- Design partners (3–5) with real deployment plans — SDK-only and shared-watch.
- First successful simulator build as the funnel milestone; device claims only after verification.
- Paid pilots before broad enterprise obligations or a large control catalog.
